Group personal Training

Do you exercise with your friends? Do you feel your workouts could do with a little more direction and accountability?
Our new service, group personal training will provide that and more. We want to help you improve your overall fitness using exercises specific to your goals. Now to make sure you get the best possible results we will also work with your nutrition and over advice on the types and quantity of food you should be eating.
Group Personal Training
  • Minimum 3 and maximum 6 participants
  • Sessions can take place – in your gym, on the beach or in the park
  • 100 AED per person per session
  • Available in blocks of 16,12,8 and single sessions
What you get
  • 60 min session – 1,2,3 or 4 times per week
  • Nutrition Coaching – We may ask you to fill out a food diary. Then we can advise on the best methods to move you forward
  • Body composition measurements to keep you on track – Weight, bodyfat% etc
