At ThinkFit, our professional fitness trainers recognize the need for personalised weight-loss training programs to help each individual achieve his or her unique fitness milestones.
We provide 1-to-1 personal training, which is also available through our Online Personal Training programme, to cater to people within Dubai, UAE and around the world.
Our experienced personal trainers will assist you in setting realistic goals and milestones and in planning a fitness routine that challenges and tests you, but does not pose any risk to your overall well-being. With the expertise of our personal trainers, individuals like you can identify and overcome even the biggest challenges that cause some people to give up.

Q. How long are the personal training sessions?
A. Sessions normally last 45 - 60 minutes per session. Depending on the goal of the session and client fatigue levels.
Q. Where do the sessions take place?
A. Our personal trainers come to you. We work with our clients in their building gym, local park or even the beach. We will also bring equipment with us to make sure you get the best workout possible.
Q. Can you help with my diet?
A. Yes, we will ask you to complete a food diary. Once completed we will analyse your food intake and advise on the best course of action to help you reach your goals.
Q. How can I pay?
A. You can pay by cheque, bank transfer or cash. Payment for packages must be made in full before the first session.
Q. What happens if I cancel a session?
A. If you cancel with more than 24 hours notice we will reschedule your session. Session cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at full price.
Q. Can you provide an exercise plan for the days I don't have a personal training session.
A. Yes, we will add you to our online service. From here you can access a training plan, complete with exercise videos to keep you on track.
